We want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.

Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.

Friends & family test

The PPG/PRG is a voice for the practice population. Any patients are welcome to join the group and are asked this throughout the year and through the annual patient questionnaire.

We have patients on the group that come from all walks of life, whether they are in employment, retired or unemployed; whether they have disabilities are a carer or unfortunately have acquired a chronic disease.

Everyone is welcome. The group have a strong belief in making “your” practice a practice that we all can be proud of. The Practice gives the opportunity to the PPG to discuss the results of the patient questionnaire and to reach agreement with the practice on changes in services and building decoration.
