Your Local GP Is Getting Even Better!

We’re making changes to improve how you access care. Here’s what’s coming:

Non-urgent advice: 1. Faster, Easier Access to Appointments

We’re improving how we handle appointment requests—whether you contact us by phone, online, or in person. Our team will direct you quickly to the right care.  We aim to answer over 90% of calls within 10mins (currently 89.7%), and respond to all online requests by the end of the next working day (Currently 91.9%).

Non-urgent advice: 2. Better Digital Access

We’re upgrading our websites and promoting tools like the NHS App so you can get messages, book appointments, and use self-referral services with ease.

We’re improving how we guide patients to the right services, freeing up GP time for those who need it most.

Non-urgent advice: 4. Fair Access for Everyone

Not confident with digital tools? We’re here to help. Digital support will be available at all practices and events to ensure everyone gets equal access.

Non-urgent advice: 5. Listening to You

Your voice matters! We’ll hold surveys and sessions to hear your feedback and shape our services around what you need.
